Description
The HMC349MS8 is a broadband non-reflective GaAs MESFET SP4T switch chip designed for RF switches. It offers high isolation, low insertion loss, and a compact form factor. With a negative control voltage of 0/-5V and a fixed bias of -5V, this switch operates in a frequency range of DC to 8 GHz. It includes an on-board binary decoder circuit, reducing the number of required logic control lines to two. The HMC349MS8 is also available in SMT packaged form as the HMC349LC3.
