Description
The CY22381FXC-170T is a next-generation programmable Flash programmable clock designed for networking, telecommunication, datacom, and general-purpose applications. It offers three configurable outputs and operates on a 3.3V power supply. The on-chip reference oscillator can be powered by an 8-30MHz crystal or a 1-166MHz external clock signal. The CY22381FXC-170T features three PLLs driving three programmable output clocks, with the option for output post dividers. This model is available in an 8-pin SOIC package with NiPdAu lead finish.
