    The T106M1 is a sensitive SCR semiconductor, also known as a gate-controlled rectifier (SCR-thyristor), which is part of the Teccor line of electronic components. It complements Teccor's power SCRs and is available in packages with ratings ranging from 0.8A to 10A and voltages from 200V to 600V. The T106M1 has gate sensitivities ranging from 12µA to 500µA. The TO-220 and TO-92 packages are electrically isolated and allow for low-cost assembly and convenient packaging techniques.
