Description
The TLV2704IDR is a high-performance electronic component model in the IC Chips product category. It provides a higher performance alternative to the TLC27x series of op-amps, with a minimum operating supply voltage of 2.7V. This extended industrial temperature range device offers rail-to-rail output swing feature, making it an ideal alternative for applications that require rail-to-rail output swings. With a supply current of only 550μA, the TLV2704IDR provides a 2-MHz bandwidth. It is fully specified for 5V and ±5V supplies, with a maximum recommended supply voltage of 16V. The TLV2704IDR can be operated from a variety of rechargeable cells and is compatible with Li-Ion powered systems. It is available in SOIC packaging and the TLV271 variant is additionally available in the SOT25 package. Two temperature grades are available; C grade offers 0 to +70°C operating, I grade offers -40°C to +125°C operating.
