The XC2028DQ P is a high-performance member of the Infineon XC2000 family of full-featured single-chip CMOS microcontrollers. It extends the functionality and performance of the C166 family with enhanced instructions, peripherals, and speed. This model combines high CPU performance, high peripheral functionality, and enhanced IO capabilities. It features optimized peripherals that can be adapted to the application's requirements in a flexible way. The XC2028DQ P also provides clock generation via PLL and internal or external clock sources, as well as various on-chip memory modules such as program Flash, program RAM, and data RAM.
