Electronic Component Model: PMB6610RV2.1 is a Bluetooth Transceiver designed for the 2.4 GHz ISM Band (RF range 2378-2497 MHz). It is a part of the complete Infineon Bluetooth chipset solution. The receiver is fully integrated with outstanding RF performance, offering best-in-class sensitivity and blocking. It operates on low current consumption and does not require external IF filters or RF filters. It utilizes B6HFC BiCMOS technology with a 25 GHz ft and features a fully balanced self-adjusting VCO with integrated varactor diodes for receive and transmit mode. The chip also includes a prescaler and PLL on-chip with 1 MHz charge pump reference frequency. Supply voltage regulators for the VCO and the analog part are also included, along with an internal current reference for PLL charge pump to maintain constant lock-in time. It is available in a small outline P-TSSOP-38 package (PMB 6625) or a very small VQFN 40 package (PMB6627) with a low-IF receiver topology solution.
