Description
The Electronic Component Model 0402CS-2N7XGLW is a high reliability chip capacitor designed for surface mount applications. It belongs to the Ultra stable EIA Class I C0G, or NP0, dielectric, ensuring optimum reliability. The capacitor is burned in at elevated voltage and temperature, and undergoes 100% physical and electrical inspection to ensure conformance to strict performance criteria. It can be tested in accordance with MIL-PRF-55681, MIL-PRF-123, MIL-PRF-49467, or customer SCD. The nickel barrier terminations make it suitable for solder wave and reflow solder board attachment, as well as vapor phase attachment for part sizes 2225 or smaller. Silver-palladium terminations are also available for hybrid use with conductive epoxy.
