Description
The 25P40V6G is a Serial Flash Memory with a capacity ranging from 512Kbit to 32Mbit (2M x 8). It features advanced write protection mechanisms and can be accessed through a high speed SPI-compatible bus. The memory can be programmed from 1 to 256 bytes at a time using the Page Program instruction. It is organized into sectors, each containing either 256 or 128 pages, with each page being 256 bytes wide.
