The POC-MP24AD is a high-side smart power switch in a compact PG-DSO-36-36 package. It is designed for controlling standard exterior lighting in automotive applications, with a maximum drive capacity of 327W + 210W.
Specifications and features
The POC-MP24AD features an 8-bit serial peripheral interface (SPI) for control and diagnosis. It also has CMOS compatible parallel input pins for each channel, allowing for direct PWM operation. The device offers selectable AND- / OR-combination for parallel inputs (PWM control), very low stand-by current, and enhanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). It has stable behavior at under voltage and its ground is independent from the load ground. Additionally, the POC-MP24AD is a RoHS-Compliant Green Product and is AEC Qualified.
