Description
The SN74ABT162501DLR is a universal bus function electronic component model. It is a complementary MOS quad AND-OR select gate that provides low power consumption and high noise margin over a wide voltage range. The implementation of N- and P-channel enhancement mode transistors enables its wide supply voltage range of 3.0V to 15V. This component consists of four "AND-OR select" gate configurations, each composed of two 2-input AND gates driving a single 2-input OR gate. The selection is controlled by bits KA and KB, and all inputs are protected against static discharge damage.
