M/A-COM's MA4E2054E-1068T is a flip-chip Schottky barrier diode designed to operate at very high cutoff frequencies. The device is manufactured using OMCVD epitaxial wafers and is fully passivated with silicon nitride, which is then covered with an additional layer of polyimide for scratch protection, ensuring low parasitics and high device uniformity. Applications for MA4E2054E-1068T include balanced mixers, police radar detectors, and automotive radar detectors. With a frequency range up to 80 GHz, it is ideal for use in PCN transceivers and radios.
