Description

The ADUM1401ARWZ is a 4-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. It combines high speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology, providing superior performance compared to optocoupler devices. This electronic component model is designed with bidirectional communication, 3V/5V level translation, and high temperature operation up to 105°C. It also has precise timing characteristics, high common-mode transient immunity, and an output enable function. It comes in a wide body 16-lead SOIC package and has safety and regulatory approvals including UL recognition, CSA component acceptance notice, and VDE certificate of conformity.
