Description
The M6751-A1 is an IC chip in the electronic component category. It is a VCSO (Voltage Controlled SAW Oscillator) frequency source used for low-jitter clock generation. The M6751-A1 features an integrated SAW (surface acoustic wave) delay line that allows for a high-Q VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) function. This results in low output phase noise and very low jitter. It comes in two variations - the M6751-01 with a center frequency range of 125 to 175 MHz, and the M6751-02 with a center frequency range of 500 to 700 MHz. It guarantees a minimum pull-range of ±100 ppm to meet GbE requirements.
