The PE4256MLIAA is an UltraCMOS™ Switch designed for applications in the CATV industry. It is a single-supply SPDT switch that covers a frequency range from 5 MHz to 3 GHz. It has an integrated two-pin CMOS control interface and provides low insertion loss with extremely low bias requirements, while operating on a single 3-volt supply. This switch provides a cost-effective and manufacturable solution when compared to mechanical relays for typical CATV applications.
