Description
The SP213EHCT is a high-speed enhanced multi-channel RS-232 line transceiver that offers improved electrical performance. It is designed as a drop-in replacement for previous versions and industry standards. This device features low-power CMOS construction and includes a patented on-board charge pump circuitry that generates the +10V RS-232 voltage levels using 0.1µF charge pump capacitors. With a transmission rate of 500Kbps, a low power supply current of 3mA (no load), and enhanced ESD performance, the SP213EHCT is ideal for high-speed RS-232 applications.
