The RF7169SR is a high-power, high-efficiency transmit module that incorporates RFMD's Power Star© integrated power control, integrated pHEMT front-end antenna switch, and harmonic filtering functionality. It is designed to provide best-in-class harmonic emission control and RX and TX insertion loss.
Specifications and features
The RF7169SR offers reduced solution size by integrating the antenna switch and harmonic filtering, resulting in decreased time to market. It has a compact package size of 7x8x1.2mm and is compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 standards. The input and output are matched to 50Ω, and there is a DC block on the antenna port. The RF7169SR provides a power output of 33.5dBm for GSM850/900 and 30.5dBm for DCS/PCS. It also features a new current limiter.
Application Scenarios
The RF7169SR is suitable for GSM850/EGSM900/DCS/PCS products and is GPRS Class 12 capable. It is designed for power-starved quad-band handsets operating at 3V. Additionally, it can be used in portable battery-powered equipment.
