The ADE7755ARSZ-RL is a high accuracy electrical energy measurement IC in the field of energy metering. It is designed to surpass the accuracy requirements set by the IEC 1036 standard. Unlike other similar components, the ADE7755ARSZ-RL uses only analog circuitry in the ADCs and reference circuit, with all other signal processing being carried out digitally. This approach provides superior stability and accuracy in various environmental conditions and over time. The ADE7755ARSZ-RL offers average active power information through its low frequency outputs (F1 and F2), which can be used to drive electromechanical counters or interface with an MCU. Additionally, it provides instantaneous active power information through its CF logic output, which is mainly intended for calibration purposes or MCU interfacing.
