The BCM3034A1IQM is a universal advanced downstream modulator for various applications including digital cable-TV head-ends, digital cable modem head-ends, digital microwave radio, SMATV, and MMDS. This highly integrated solution offers a cost-effective and space-saving option for modulators. It features an advanced downstream QAM modulator, an extended ITU-T J.83 Annex A/B/C FEC encoder, and a 10-bit D/A converter with power control. Additionally, it includes a second modulator for out-of-band signaling or CPE power control.
