The Cypress N310AP is a flash non-volatile memory product that utilizes MirrorBit technology and Eclipse architecture. It is manufactured using a 65 nm process lithography.

- Various read commands including Normal, Fast, Dual, Quad, Fast DDR, Dual DDR, and Quad DDR
- AutoBoot feature for automatic execution of a Normal or Quad read command at a preselected address
- Programming options including 256 or 512 Byte Page Programming buffer and Quad-Input Page Programming (QPP)
- Erase options including Hybrid sector size and Uniform sector option
- Cycling Endurance of 100,000 Program-Erase Cycles on any sector
- Data Retention of 20 Years
- Security features such as One Time Program (OTP) array and Block Protection
- Cypress® 65 nm MirrorBit Technology with Eclipse™ Architecture
- Core Supply Voltage: 2.7V to 3.6V
- I/O Supply Voltage: 1.65V to 3.6V
- Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C
- Packages available include 16-lead SOIC, WSON, and BGA-24
