Description
The L9700 is a monolithic circuit that is designed for input protection and voltage clamping purposes. It contains six independent channels in a single element. The limiting function is referred to ground and the positive supply voltage. The internal feedback and the application of a new vertical PNP-transistor with an isolated collector make it a very fast speed component.
