    The FM31276-G is an integrated device belonging to the FM3127x family that comes with all the necessary functions required for processor-based systems. The device has various features, such as nonvolatile memory available in diverse sizes, a real-time clock, a low-VDD reset, a watchdog timer, a nonvolatile event counter, a lockable 64-bit serial number area, and a general-purpose comparator that can be used for an early power-fail interrupt (NMI) or other purpose. The family operates from 4.0 to 5.5V.
