Description
The RPF89153B is an electronic component model from Maxwell Technologies, designed with radiation-hardened Rad-Pak packaging technology. It is a single power supply operational amplifier with a wide range of voltage capabilities, including split power supplies. The patented packaging technology eliminates the need for box shielding and provides the necessary radiation shielding for space missions. Its total dose tolerance can exceed 100 krad (Si) depending on the space mission. This model is available with screening up to Class S.
