The ATJ331X is the third-generation single-chip highly integrated digital music system solution for audio players and other similar devices such as USB-Disk. It offers an audio decoder with embedded RAM and ROM, ADPCM record capabilities, and USB interface for downloading music and uploading voice recordings of audio standards.

- WMA Decoder with a bit rate of 32-384Kbps, 8-48KHz support.
- Digital Voice Recording (ADPCM), with on-chip Multi-use RAM and PCM RAM.
- The MCU is integrated with DSU, and the instruction set is compatible with Z80.
- Internal ZRAM1, ZRAM2, and ZRAM3 can be accessed by the MCU.
- External Smart Media Card support, following Memory Card interface, Multi Media Card Specification Version 4.2 (1/4/8 bit mode), Secure Digital Card Specification Version 2.0 (1/4-bit mode), Memory Stick Version 1.43 (1/4-bit mode), Memory Stick Pro Version 1.02 (1/4-bit mode), and Memory Stick Pro-HG Version 1.01 (1/4/8-bit mode).
- 2-channel DMA, 1-channel CTC, and interrupt controller for the MCU.
- Support I2C/SPI/UART/IR/SPDIF interface.
- Support external 8080 Series LCM driver interface and FM Radio input.
- Standby Leakage Current: <50uA (whole system).
- Package at LQFP-64 (7x7mm).
