Description
The ZXRE250BSA-7 is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator voltage reference designed to provide a very low cathode current for regulation and excellent temperature stability. It is an improvement of industry standard ‘431 parts and is available in A grade (1% tolerance) and B grade (0.5% tolerance). The device can handle output current up to 100mA and offers a maximum cathode voltage of 36V, matching industry standard 431. The ZXRE250BSA-7 is available in 3-pin and 5-pin versions of SOT23 and has a reverse pin-out in SOT23.
