Description

This quad band power amplifier module, AWT6108M10P8, is designed to support dual, tri, and quad band applications. It includes an integrated power control scheme that facilitates fast and easy production calibration while reducing the need for external components. With InGaP HBT technology, this module provides excellent performance. It offers +35 dBm GSM output power at 3.5 V and +33 dBm DCS/PCS output power at 3.5 V. With a power control range of over 50 dB, it ensures flexibility and adaptability for different applications. The small footprint of 7 x 10 mm and low profile of 1.4 mm make it suitable for compact designs. It is also GPRS capable (Class 12) and has a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 3 at 260 °C.
