Description
The LRC LR1117/A is a low dropout voltage regulator, capable of providing up to 0.8/1.0A of output current. It comes in an adjustable version with a Vref of 1.25V and fixed versions with various output voltages from 1.5V to 5.0V. The 2.85V type is specifically designed for SCSI-2 lines active termination, and the high efficiency is guaranteed by an NPN pass transistor. The regulator has a very tight output voltage tolerance from on-chip trimming, which can achieve ±1% at 25°C. The ADJUSTABLE LR1117/A is pin-to-pin compatible with other standard adjustable voltage regulators, maintaining the best performance in terms of drop and tolerance.
