Description
The ACPM-2005-TR1 is a fully matched 10-pin surface mount module designed for the LTE bands 13 and 14, operating in the 777-798 MHz bandwidth. It is a 3 x 3 mm form factor package that is self-contained, containing 50 ohm input and output matching networks. The power amplifier (PA) also includes internal DC blocking capacitors for RF input and output ports. The ACPM-2005-TR1 meets the stringent LTE linearity requirements up to 27.5 dBm output power (MPR = 0 dB).
