Description
The SST39SF512/010 is a CMOS Multi-Purpose Flash (MPF) manufactured with SST’s proprietary, high performance CMOS SuperFlash technology. It has a split-gate cell design and thick oxide tunneling injector for better reliability and manufacturability. The device operates with a 5.0V power supply and conforms to JEDEC standard pinouts for x8 memories. It offers high performance Byte-Program with a maximum time of 30 µsec. The SST39SF512/010 also provides on-chip hardware and software data protection schemes to prevent inadvertent write. With a guaranteed endurance of 10,000 cycles and data retention rated at greater than 100 years, it is suitable for a wide spectrum of applications.
