The 7660ACPA is a CMOS voltage conversion IC that offers superior performance compared to similar devices. It serves as a direct replacement for the popular ICL7660, providing an extended operating supply voltage range up to 12V.
With lower supply current and the inclusion of a Frequency Boost pin, the 7660ACPA allows for lower output impedance with smaller capacitors. It guarantees critical parameters over the entire commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
