Description
The R1121N351B-TR is a voltage regulator IC from the R1121N Series. It is designed with high output voltage accuracy, low supply current, low ON resistance, and high ripple rejection using CMOS process. This IC consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, resistors, a current limit circuit, and a chip enable circuit. It offers low dropout voltage and a chip enable function. The R1121N Series provides excellent line and load transient responses, making it suitable for power supply in hand-held communication equipment. The output voltage is fixed with high accuracy. The IC is packaged in SOT-23-5 (Mini-mold), allowing for high-density mounting on boards.
