The MIC2290YML is a 1.2MHz PWM boost-switching regulator designed for DC switching regulators. It is housed in a small 2mm x 2mm MLF™-8 package. With its internal Schottky diode, it reduces circuit board area and total solution cost, making it an ideal choice for cost-effective designs. The MIC2290YML features a 34V/0.5A switch, allowing it to power large loads in a tiny footprint, providing high power density.
