Description

The V6301 F is a CMOS device used to monitor the supply voltage of any electronic system and generate the appropriate Reset signal. It ensures that the system operates within the safe voltage range by setting a minimum threshold. As long as the supply voltage remains above the threshold, the reset output stays inactive. If the voltage drops below the threshold, the output becomes active. The V6301 F stays active for an additional 290 ms after the voltage rises above the threshold, thereby allowing the system to stabilize before it becomes fully active. Various threshold voltage versions are available, including 2.0V, 2.4V, 2.8V, 3.5V, 4.0V, and 4.5V.
