    The MAX14527/MAX14528 are electronic component models for power management specialized products under PMIC category. These models offer overvoltage protection for low-voltage systems against voltage faults up to +28V with the help of a low 100mΩ (typ) RON internal FET. When the input voltage exceeds the overvoltage threshold, the internal FET is turned off to prevent damage to the protected components. They come in an 8-pin TDFN-EP package and can operate over the -40°C to +85°C extended temperature range.
