The SAA7110A-WP is a digital multistandard color decoder (OCF1) designed for use in various electronic applications. It features six analog inputs, three analog processing channels, and two 8-bit video CMOS analog-to-digital converters. The chip supports PAL B/G, NTSC M, and SECAM color processing, with automatic detection of field frequency and switching between standards. It also includes features such as brightness contrast saturation control, cross-color reduction, and YUV-bus support. The SAA7110A-WP requires only one crystal for all standards and can be controlled via the I2C-bus.
