The H6903NLT is an electronic component model in the IC Chips category. It introduces a revolutionary concept to the world of LEDs by using an internal flip chip construction that eliminates the wire bond between the chip and printed circuit board. This robust construction greatly improves the product reliability. It is available in two sizes: the HSMX-H670 with a 2.0 x 1.25 mm footprint, and the HSMX-H690 with a 1.6 x 0.8 mm industry standard footprint. Both sizes are compatible with IR and convective reflow soldering processes.
