Description
The MQE746-426-T1 is a dual-channel LDO product designed for battery-powered equipment and portable devices. It consists of two independent, low noise, low dropout (LDO) linear regulators. The regulator has a low 300mV dropout at 200mA and a good PSRR of approximately 50dB at frequencies from 1KHz to 10KHz. The MQE746-426-T1 consumes only 80uA supply current with both regulators enabled and supports output voltages ranging from 1.2V to 3.6V. It comes in a SOT23-6 package, offering flexibility for PCB layout.
