Description
This product is a CMOS-based voltage regulator IC (Integrated Circuit) from the R1160x series with high output voltage accuracy, low supply current, and low ON-resistance. It consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, resistors for setting the output voltage, a current limit circuit, and a chip enable circuit. The R1161D151B-TR-F model performs with low dropout voltage and includes a chip enable function. A current limit circuit is also included to prevent destruction from over-current. This IC has 3 modes that can be alternated with the ECO pin™: Fast Transient Mode (FT mode), Low Power Mode (LP mode), and Standby mode with CE or standby control pin. The output voltage of the R1161D151B-TR-F model, which is internally fixed with high accuracy, ranges from 0.8V to 3.3V. The R1161D151B-TR-F model is available in SOT-23-5 and SON-6 packages, which allow for high density mounting on boards.
