Description
MSM6575 is a 4-bit, low-power microcontroller that is designed for products requiring low power consumption. It operates at a low supply voltage of 0.9 V and is driven by a single battery. This microcontroller features a crystal oscillator circuit, voltage converter circuits, a time base counter, ROM, RAM, I/O ports, interrupt function components, a serial I/O port, a buzzer output circuit, and an up-down counter. It is manufactured using a CMOS silicon gate process.

- Package options: 44-pin plastic QFP (QFP44-P-910-0.80-K) or 44-pin plastic QFP (QFP44-P-910-0.80-2K)
