Description
NJG1512V-TE1 is a GaAs high power SP4T switch MMIC designed for the antenna switch of dual mode cellular phone applications such as GSM/DCS1800. It allows for the control of RF signals up to 2.5GHz and is housed in the ultra small and ultra thin FLP10 package.
