Description
The AP1231B182F is a dual integrated high-side power switch optimized for self-powered and bus-powered USB applications. It is compliant to USB specifications and supports up to 500mA per port. The switch's low on-resistance meets USB voltage drop requirements and has a fault current limited to 1000mA. It also features a flag output to indicate fault conditions to the USB controller. With soft start capabilities, it eliminates voltage drops during enabling in bus-powered applications.
