Description
The BNB10 is a 4 Mbit (512Kb x8) non-volatile memory that can be read, erased, and reprogrammed. It operates on a single low voltage supply of 3.0 to 3.6V, with an optional 12V power supply for faster erasing and programming in production lines. The memory is divided into 8 uniform blocks of 64 KBytes each, three of which are further divided into 16 uniform sectors of 4 KBytes each. This allows for independent erasing while preserving valid data. The BNB10 can also protect individual blocks to prevent accidental modification. It uses a command interface and has an on-chip Program/Erase Controller to simplify programming and erasing operations. The command set is consistent with JEDEC standards.Specifications and features
