Description
The MAX1117EKA is an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) in the MAX110/MAX111 series. It features a 14-bit resolution with overrange and requires no external components. This ADC is designed for high-resolution battery-powered or remote-sensing applications, with a low operating supply current of only 550µA. It also has a power-down mode that reduces current consumption to 4µA. The MAX1117EKA has a fast serial interface that is compatible with SPI™, QSPI™, and MICROWIRE™, making signal routing and opto-isolation easier. The MAX1117EKA operates with a single +5V supply.
