Description
The MC34703PNB is an integrated power supply IC designed for the PowerQUICC™ family of MCUs and other MCUs and DSPs requiring a high current core supply. It incorporates a high performance switching regulator for the microprocessor's core supply and a low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator control circuit for I/O and bus voltage.
