Description
The FODM3010 is an electronic component model in the triac & SCR output optocouplers category. It consists of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high speed photodetector transistor. The device is housed in a compact 5-pin mini flat package for optimum mounting density. The FODM3010 features a high common mode rejection (CMR) rating for optimum common mode transient immunity.
