MMBF5462 Description
The onsemi MMBF5462 is a P-channel, surface mount general purpose JFET designed for low level audio and applications with high impedance signal sources. With 225mW power dissipation in a compact SOT-23-3 package, the MMBF5462 is specified for industrial temperatures from -55°C to 150°C and should ensure that the maximum and minimum temperatures of the application do not exceed this range.
