Description
The NSI45020T1G is a linear constant current regulator (CCR) designed to regulate current in LEDs. It is an economical and robust device that provides a cost-effective solution for current regulation. The device is based on patent-pending Self-Biased Transistor (SBT) technology and features a negative temperature coefficient to protect LEDs from thermal runaway at extreme voltages and currents.
