The 1DU1L is a 64 Mbit (4Mb x16) non-volatile memory that can be read, erased, and reprogrammed. It operates on a single, low voltage supply for the circuitry and offers fast programming with an optional higher voltage supply. The memory is designed with uniform memory blocks and includes features such as erase suspend and resume modes, unlock bypass program command, write protect options, and extended memory block for security or additional information storage. It also has low power consumption and electronic signature for identification.
