CN3058E - Brand New CONSONANCE Battery Management ICs

Description
The CN3058E is a battery management IC designed specifically for electronic components. It is a MOS (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor), IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) and other three-phase bridge drive IC that is capable of changing the three-phase induction motor of AC200~230V system as well as DC brushless motor, making it optimal for speed control. The CN3058E can drive 30A class IGBTs or MOSs, allowing for controlling of a three-phase motor at variable speeds with output of up to 2.2kW class. The device has two variants; the ECN 3053 and ECN 3054, whose difference lies in the presence or absence of operation and the pin assignment only. See figure 1 for an illustration of the basic block of the system configuration.
