The M72DW64000B70Z is a high-density memory module consisting of nine CMOS 16M x 8 bit DDR SDRAMs. It is a 64M x 72 bit Double Data Rate (DDR) Synchronous Dynamic RAM module with a 2K EEPROM. The module is designed in a DIMM form factor and is suitable for a variety of high bandwidth, high-performance memory system applications. It operates at a range of frequencies and supports programmable latencies and burst lengths. All module components are powered from a single 2.5V DC power supply and have SSTL_2 compatible inputs and outputs.
