The AMS500 series is a line of positive fixed and adjustable voltage regulators designed for use in battery-powered systems. These regulators have a very low quiescent current, making them ideal for standby power applications. The AMS500 is available in various packages, including TO-92, SOT-89, SOT-223, and SOT-23.
